Very attentive, patient, and charismatic. He was very thorough and explained exactly what i was paying for, and throughout the process kept in communication with me. This is what a paying customer looks for when they are about to spend their hard earned money at a store- compassion, respect and to be seen or considered. As for their product, there are lots of options to choose from, everyone is able to find an eye accessory to match their personality here!
